ForkRacks are built to last from durable construction grade ASTM A-36 structural steel, designed as a welded assembly reinforced with ¼”-plate steel welded in six locations. Anti-skid plates located in each of the four corners hold the unit securely in place while extensions are loaded or unloaded. Extensions are also made from ASTM A-36 structural steel for years of wear. Steel plate reinforcement is welded along each side for extra strength and stability. The stirrup that locks the extension to the fork is designed to prevent the extensions from tipping when the load exceeds the fork length. A stiffener plate cuts the wear on the extension as it goes through heavy-duty loading and unloading. ForkRack and Extension Packages For the best value, ForkRacks and extensions are sold as sets that include a rack and two sets of same-size extensions. The standard extensions are a full 72” x 6”. The versatile combination meets your needs for any fork lift with 4” or 5” forks. Special extensions are available for 6” wide forks or 96” length. Dimensions of the standard rack are 47” W x 51” L x 58” H. ForkRacks are also available in 8, 12, 16, and 20 ft. lengths.
